My family has a photo of my gr gr Uncle Ernest Leonard who was in Plattsburg, Ny in the 1910 census. The photo is of his military unit (army). All the surnames are listed on the back. How would I go about finding what the unit was called. I know he eventually fought in WWI with the Rainbow Division. Thaks for any help you can give.
