Ettie McVeigh Watt you found is your Ted or Teddy Watt and should be Elta and a male. Are you looking at an an orginal record as writen or a typed transcription? If typed the the person transcriping record may have typed Etta instead of Elta then typed sex as female instead of male because of the name Etta.
