You might trying contacting the Soldiers and Sailors Museum in Pittsburgh, PA: http://www.soldiersandsailorshall.org/ Since they are concerned about veterans from every era going back to the Civil War they might be interested in copying the photo and the information you have. The Pennsylvania Archives in Harrisburg might also be interested.

Probably one of the best ways to copy the photo otherwise would be to scan it or if it is simply too big for home scanners you might try a company that has a large enough scanner to get the entire photo in one shot. It could then be posted on the web.

It is very nice of you to share this information. I'm sure there are families of these veterans will appreciate your generosity.
