Nicholas Gelhausen was born in Prussia in 1826. He was married at that time to Paulina (also listed as Polina and Paul) Gelhausen who was born in 1832 in Virginia.
They were married in Virginia and had a couple children there before moving to Grafton where they were during the 1880 census.
I am trying to find more info on them, ex:marriage date, death dates, where buried and Paulina's maiden name and her county/city of birth in Virginia? Also in the census I found Nicholas had a step daughter Addie Bradlove- not sure if Paulina was married before or if that is her maiden name.
Any help or other info would be greatly appreciated.
