find family of Artie Ferrell Holland

I would like to find any decendants of Artie Ferrell Holland. She was married to James Noah Holland all of Roane County. They had 3 sons, Maxwell, Leland and Fredrick Holland. I can locate all of the Holland family. What I would like to know is the location of Artie's brothers or sisters and where there decendants are which would be my cousins. Artie was her nickname but that is what is on her tombstone. She is buried by son Leland in the Holland family cemetery on the old home place now owned by a family name Tallman on the linden-tarrif road. Her father's name was William H Ferrell. Do not know Mothers name. Everyone from Roane county.
