Trying to define the Glovers that came from Shenandoah County VA to Hardy County WV (1820's?), and then on to Licking County, OH. It's a bit hard, and they may have been related in the 18th c. in PA, but that's not clear. Does anyone have any info on this land grant in Preston County? The reason I ask is that my gggrandfather was a Benjamin Glov(i)er. Can anyone identify this Benjamin and his origins? Thanks, JDG jd-glover@attbi.com:

Benjamin Glover Jr. & Jacob Ringer       7-31-1827       Preston       467 ac. on the waters of Sandy Creek. Grants 76, p. 224.
