Hi Roy,
John Dent and Margaret E.Evans were
Annarah Dent/Fogle`s parents. Here is an
excellent web site for Dent/Evans research.

Annarah b.4-6-1803 in Monongalia Co.,WV
was listed as a widow in Preston Co.,WV 1880.
Peter Fogle b.3-5-1799 in PA
m.Annarah Dent 12-30-1822
In Samuel Wiley`s "History of Monongalia Co."
pub`d in 1883 Grant District section on p.736
a mini bio on Peter Fogle.
"PETER FOGLE (name originally was Vogel)
came from Ohio, and was a stone-mason and
brick layer. He built the old stone jail at
Kingwood, Preston Co.,WV. He married AnnArah,
daughter of Capt.John Dent.
Here is a link for the whole bio.:

Could you imagine raising 8 Boy`s???
Would like to find Peter and Annarah`s graves
I can`t find where Robert B. Fogle b.12-7-1831 d.9-25-1893
and his family are buried,
w.Eva Nordeck/Nordick b.5-5-1859 d.4-15-1884
(twin)m.12-2-1883 in Preston Co.,WV
d/o John Nordeck and Margaret [Saucer}
Also, what Army was Robert in when captured and imprisoned at the battles of Ft.Donaldson
and Pittsburgh Landing?
