THE DAILY COURIER, CONNELLSVILLE, PA.
JULY 26. 1906

Jeremiah Fisher was born December
12, 1835 and died July 21, 1906, aged
70 years, seven months and nine days.
He leaves a wife and seven daughters
and one son. Lloyd K. Fisher, to
morn his loss .Mr. Fisher was one '
of the oldest known residents of this
town and was loved by all who knew ,
him. He was always cheerful and
"happy and had a pleasant word for
everybody whom he met. Even the
little children loved to meet him and;
found in him a friend, he Is survived
by thiee sisters Mrs. Mary Anne Bishop
, Mrs.Drusilla Cuppett and Mrs.
Elizabeth Cuppett, and two brothers
Harry Fisher of Freemont, O., and
Amos Fisher of Glade Farms, W. VA.
Ho lived a noble life and when ho died
all believe he passed over to the land
of light and glory, where all is Joy and
peace and love. We can say with
Paul, "He fought a good fight and
finished his course and there is laid
up for him a crown which ?cth not
away eternal In the heavens.
