There is a town named Harman on US Highway 33 about 22 miles east of Elkins, WV. I am not positive that this is the "Harman Hill" that you are talking about but I thought that I would toss it out as a possibility. (The town of Harman is actually in Randolph county a few miles west of Pendleton County.) Hope this helps.
