The same book has the following:
"MAXWELL SISTERS/NEEL
Located on the Baxter L. Neel farm at Gap Mills. From Rt. 3 take the Zenith Raod, cross the two bridges just out of Gap Mills. After you pass the second bridge turn left onto a paved road. Go about a mile. The house, barns and outbuildings are situated on a little hill on the left. Drive around to the back of house to the fence for directions into the field. Current owner is Sarah Neel Hunter of Lewisburg, WV, a direct descendant of Owen & Isabella Maxwell Neel. Sarah (Mrs. Hilliard Hunter) gave the census for the graveyard on 8 Mar 1988.

The momument erected in 1935 is inscribed as follows:
Andrew Crosier
Elizabeth Maxwell Crosier

Robert Dunbar
Hannah Maxwell Dunbar

Owen Neel
Isabella Maxwell Neel

Thomas Steele
Margaret Maxwell Steel

THE FOUR MAXWELL SISTERS AND THEIR HUSBANDS CAME FROM LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AND SETTLED IN THIS VALLEY ABOUT 1790. THIS IS THE RESTING PLACE OF ALL THESE PIONEERS EXCEPT ANDREW CROSIER WHO DIED IN TENNESSEE."

I hope this information helps.
Arley
