Thanks for the followup. I already have the membership rolls of the church - that is how I found my ancestors. What I am trying to find is what denomination the church was and physically where it was located.

I have found a Mt. Plesant Missionary Baptist Church that was located near Union. This church was near the intersection of Knob Rd. and Sinks Grove Rd. The church is supposed to be on one side of the road and the cemetery on the other side. This may NOT be the correct church.

A lot of the members were Scot-Irish who came to VA (now WV) in the early 1800s.

If you ever find out anything about this church, please let me know.
