Not sure this is the one and same---I have handwritten note by great grandfather that says: Andrew Lewis' wife was Margaret McCoy daughter of Lewis McCoy who was born in Ireland. Margaret was born in Tazewell Co. Va, Aug. 6, 1811. She was the neice of Sam and Dunnel McCoy of Pike Co. Kentucky. Andrew and Margaret were married on the waters of Wolf Creek. Hope this connects you some how and is correct information. Andrew was born in Bath Co. Va., Jan.31 1810 and his youngest son was M.M. Lewis. M.M. was my great grandfather. He wrote out the family history not long before he passed on, so all dates may not be correct, but sure they are close. He makes no mention of Margarets Mother. If this matches up, post it, as I would like to know. Thanks............... (I often wonder where the church would be on the "Waters of Wolf Creek" and if there is a cemetary there. God Bless.
