yes, she was still living when daughter,Theresa married and her maiden name seems to have been Watson and Theresa, the daughter's father seems to have been Ed Ferguson.
Here the mother married Decater Hereford.

Decater Hereford, 60 died at Winifrede
Decater Hereford, 60, of Winirede, died yesterday at his home following a long illness. He was a deacon in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church at Winifede and a member. of the Mt. Olivet Minister's and Deacon's Assoc. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Theresa Hereford of Winifrede two daughters, Mrs. James Graves of Youngstown, Ohio, and Greta at home, two sisters, Mrs. Martha Smith and Mrs. Emma Walker of DAnville, Va., three brothers, Thomas and Frank Hereford of Danville and William Hereford of Washhinton, D C. The body is at Preston mortuary.

now, for her maiden name,and who was the Ferguson, here is an obituary for what appears a brother to the mother Theresa, she evidently moved to Ohio to live with her daughter after her husband died.

Harold Eugene Watson, 53, of 618 Christopher St., died Friday
in the Veterans Administration Hospital, Huntington.
He was a vereran of World War II Charleston resident 15 years, and a member of the Baptist Church in Ameagle, Raleigh County.
Survivors: wife, Georgia; daughters, Patricia, Leola, Lorene,
Betty of Charleston; son, James H. of-Detroit, Mich.; sis:ers, Mrs. Theresa Hereford of Youngstown, Allen,. Mrs. Ohio, Mrs. Hazel
Frances Hall of Chesapeake, Mrs. Lucille Foster of Highcoal, Mrs. Helen Powell of Gallagher, Mrs. Audrey Danels, Mrs. Bessie Bruner of Chicago, Ill. Trent-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
