Go to www.wvculture.org/vrr (this is a free site)

Click on marriage; put Lusher, Leander in blanks and you will find two marriages; also his parents names.

He married first a Jean Bachel (could not read info well).

Second he married Elizabeth Miriam Blake on 1/20/1864, He was a widow age 46; she single age 23; he was born in Greenbrier county; she in Pocahontas county; his parents are George and Nancy Lusher; hers are Peter and Betsy Blake.
