Daniel..Would you like to look for Charlie Herald Stoots obituary. He was born 5 May 1873 Carroll, VA. He died 1 June 1970 Beckley, West Virginia. His father, Eli H. Stoots born Nov 1863 (Note sure of date) may have died in the same area but I'm not sure. He died before 1920. 1910 Census said he was living in Mercer Co., West Virginia. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you Brenda
