I am looking for information in regards to Ruth and her husband Charles Thompson. She stabbed him during a domestic dispute in 1945 (Cabell County). He later died, and she was acquitted due to the history of abuse. Charles was born in 1912, Wayne County West Virginia. Do not have any info on Ruth. Charles parents are listed as Ida Thompson and Charles Carter. Any info regarding either Charles or Ruth would be helpful. An obit for Charles would be great!
