You probably already have this infoe; however, from Paul Davis' WW I Draft Registration Card here is some info.

Tazewell Co, VA WW I Draft Registration Card #28:

Paul Davis; age 26; born on 27 Mar 1891 in Bluefield, WV
(Mercer Co);living at Richkands, VA; employed as railroad brakeman for the N&W Railway at Richlands, VA; married;
dependent wife; no military service; medium height and build; gray eyes and light brown hair; no balding; 5 Jun 1917 at Richlands, Tazewell Co, VA.
