Sharon, thanks so much for checking the Cochran Cemetery. I was afraid there would not be any marker. Yes, I believe that the James H's you found in the 1860 census are mine. However, that is my "brickwall". This James H. (sr.) does not appear on the Marion County Census for 1870, but does appear in 1880. My James H Nay appears in Albemarle County, VA in 1870 with Sarah H. Johnson and children, but not 1860 or 1880 - or any other time. Am still trying to "prove" this theory. Again thanks so much for looking. I hope to visit this cemetery sometime when I am in WVA (near Martinsburg) visiting my parents.
