Lisa,
Samuel O'Dell Dunlap was the father of my late aunt, Lillian Dunlap Grass. Lillian's husband, Bob Grass, still lives in Charleston, WV. David McCormick of Sod organized and recently held a celebration of the town of Sod. I imagine he will be able to tell you a great deal about the community.

Reva Jane Hilbert was the sister of another late aunt, Onita Hilbert Adkins. Her daughter, Kitty Adkins Erskine, lives at Hurricane, WV.

My younger sister lives at Alum Creek. She has been to the Hazlett Cemetery several times and can tell you how to get there. She also knows a little bit about the cemetery at Ivy Branch. Please email me privately and I'll give you my sister's phone number.
