Are you sure about his name? Seems very strange to be named Otto Watson Senior Martin...
Otto and Stella Nunley were married in January 20, 1909, in Charleston, Kanawha Co. He was 21 and she was 19.

Stella Mae Martin died 25, Aug, 1931, in Kanawha Co. Her father was George M Nunley and mother, Hattie Welton...she was born in Kanawha Co, and her birt date 11-18-1889...she was a domestic who was a diabetic and died of cancer. You may view her actual death certificate,here:
