Noreen,

Can't provide info on Albert, however Dr. McGuire was married to my 1st cousin twice removed, Anna Mulheran. John and Anna never had any children of their own, probably making it easier for them to take Albert in. John and Anna are buried in Holy Cross cemetery in Clarksburg. John passing in 1953 and Anna passing in 1957.
