Looking for information or connections to Providence Williams, Daniel Williams, and Richard Williams of
Hampshire County, VA - later West Virginia.
Providence Williams, wife Sarah, Joseph Williams, wife Lydia, and Ann Williams Paulson/Poulson, husband Richard Paulson/Poulson were in Frederick County (Orange Co.) VA 1736. Daniel was born abt. 1747.
By 1765, Providence was in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
He had his brother, Richard Williams, act for him and sell
his land in Hampshire Co., VA (WV). Richard Williams was
married to Susannah Peters. He and his family stayed in
Hampshire Co.
Daniel's first land record in SC was 1771. He was married
to Cassandra Prather Williams.
