Hi all,

I live in WV, and happened upon a website of historical information about Calhoun County and many early settlers. Interesting reading, as it was from "Hardesty's Calhoun County History," a book, probably printed in the 1880's or 1890's in WV. I even found some information on the Wayne Co., WV Genealogy site that listed this same source for doing history on early Wayne County. Very good information.

It was on another genealogy website

Enjoy the history lesson.
