Searching for grgrgrgrandparents, Silas
Young and wife's maiden name Pulliam or
Pulurnam, parents of Harriet Frances Young
b. 1852 in Braxton Co., WV. She was
orphaned when parents killed by indians
(apparently on westward move) and brought
back to Braxton Co., where Rev. John Simpson
found her and took her to Monroe Co., WV,
as a teenager. She worked in Dickson Woolen
Mill at Second Creek, then married Christo-
pher C. Bostick and raised 8 children.
