Wren DNA

There seems to be a standard Y chromosome for the descendants of Nicholas Wren 1632-1701. A descendant of the Tennessee and Texas Wrens also had his DNA done and with the exception of one allele, our Y chromosomes are IDENTICAL. Recent research shows that one allele slightly different shows at least a six generation relationship.
There's been much speculation over the Nicholas Wren of Texas fame as far as his origins are concerned. It can safely be said now that he's clearly a descendant of the original Nicholas.

My line for reference is
Nicholas Wren
William Wren
John Wren
William Wren
John Henry Wren
William Thomas Wren
Albert Walker Wrenn-from his tombstone..spelling changed
Beverly Wellford Wrenn
Henry Bradley Plante Wrenn
Wellford Goundry Wrenn
Harry Luck Wrenn
Thomas Wellford Wrenn-me.

I read somewhere that the Nicholas Wren, son of William Wren and Mary Strother migrated to Kentucky and that his descendants branched out. This may well be a truth noting the similarity between the Y chromosomes thus tested.
