You have some good ideas.
Being from both Chocktaw and Kiowa nations married to a Cherokee I see nothing wrong with mascots or football players being called Redskins,Chiefs or whatever. That goes for Schools also.
Trying to get the different tribes to come togather as a whole has always been the problem. If they had stuck together in the first place instead of fighting each other and joining up with Jackson we might have had a chance.
They get together at Ft Sill for pow wows but no one wants to rattle any chains about a day set aside for all Indian Nations.We are as seperated today as we were 300 years ago. I have written more letters than I can remember. They were ignored.
If enough write it could happen.
