You have that right.!!!Have you seen the page on Wounded Knee where the Congress were suppose to investigate what happened there ,called excerpts from Official investigaton of Wounded Knee at the bequest of Congress written by General E.D. Scott?
"There is nothing to conceal or aplogise for in the Wounded Knee Battle-beyound the killing of a wounded buck by a hysterical recruit. The firing was begun by the Indians and continued until they stopped-with the one exception noted above.
That women and children were casualites was unfortunate but unadvoidable, and most must have been killed from Indian bullets... The Indians at Wounded Knee brought their own desrruction as surely as any people ever did. Their attack on the troops was as treacherous as any in history of Indian warfare, and they were under a strange religious hallucination is only an explaination not an excuse".
So the government as usual even back then tried to cover up the most pure murder of the Indian tribes.
Seems strange that eye witness's to the attack said the army set up their grapeshot gun on a hill overlooking the Indian camp. Then proceeded to mow them down.
The Indian people have been forgotten.
