im looking for my ancestors..any information you might have is greatly appreciated..
WhiteHorse- Cheyenne Dog Soldier Warrior, GreyDay his family still uses this name, Holy Elk Face, the name is used not alot anymore, maybe some are still using this name..And Red Cloud, they name is still being used but grand children,,etc.
I am looking for the any information if they are related or not?
The names origin are from South Dakota, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, Pine Ridge and Eagle Butte areas. They are all sioux. but varies in the tribes. so I cannot be specific.and are all from this one area....Thanks
