I'm researching Clarence Howard WORTMAN who lived in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area from around 1880 to 1920- something. Clarence Howard (sometimes he went by Clarence, sometimes by Howard...) may have been born in Massachusetts in Feb. 1861. According to some information, there is a Paul WORTMAN in the Philadelphia area around 1890, living with Clarence Howard so they were probably related. I'm just not sure if he was a brother or a father. Clarence Howard WORTMAN married Rachel GOSS around 1884 and had several children; Emelus Wortman (1885-1952), Clarence Howard Wortman,Jr.(1887-1947), Lulu Wortman (1889-1891), William Cress Wortman (1892-1893), Beulah Wortman(1894-?), Louise Wortman(1899-?), Thomas Wortman(1902-1902) and Pierce Wortman(1905-?). Any information on this family would be appreciated.
