Hi Annie,

I can't thank you enough for the information, it does prove that he is my Richard and now have I more areas to find out what his life was like and why he decided to go to the USA. I think it also solves what happened to another relation John Goddard Worthington who would have been Richard's nephew as that name appears, so I will see if he is the one as well. I dont know the name Daniel but I expect to find him as well. I will seek more information on him in the civil war as I dont really know much about that part of history.
As you were looking at the Worthington Forum, are you connected to the Worthingtons as well?
