I am searching for information on the ancestors, and descendants, of Robert WORSLEY. In the "History of Marlborough" by Bemis, an account of Robert's son, Robert, Jr. said that he was the son of Robert WORSLEY, who was born in England, and orphaned at the age of 8--his parents leaving a large amount of property. And uncle (wanting the property for himself), put Robert in the charge of a Captain, on a ship headed for Boston. Robert md 1st to Sarah GUILD, on 10 Oct 1749, in Wrentham, Norfolk, MA. They had four children b. in Wrentham, & Walpole, MA: Sarah (4 Oct 1752); Robert, Jr. (24 Oct 1752); Esther (20 Feb 1755); Josiah (12 May 1757). Sarah died in Nov of 1757, and Robert md 2nd to Sarah MORSE, on 5 Dec 1758, in Wrentham, MA. They had four children, all b. in Wrentham: Lois (16 Jan 1760), md John WISWALL in 1748; Eunice (23 May 1762), md Paul LEWIS; Lydia (6 May 1764); Samuel (26 Feb 1770). Does anyone have anymore information than this?
