Hello Don, My great grandfather had a brother that was named James Marion Worley. He was know as Jim. Most of the war he was in the confederate army although he was mostly in units of northern Missouri but understand he did alot of action. He had signed up for the Militia in Forest City which is the western edge of Missouri. Later he was in several other units but most of them under General Price. does this sound like the man you are looking for????
