Elizabeth Wordsworth and Thomas Gill

According to postings on the Gill site, Thomas and Elizabeth "Wordsworth" Gill had John Gill who married Esther Lowry and resided in Baltimore, MD. The posting shows a death date of 10/10/1794 for Thomas.

Maryland burial records show the following in Baltimore:
1796(4 Aug) Thomas Gill (of Old England) buried St Paul's Parish Cemetery
1796(ca Fall) Elizabeth Gill, wife of Thomas buried St Paul's Parish Cemetery

Could this be the same couple?

I have tracted my Family to Gabriel Gill and Rebecca Pettit who resided there in 1800. Te only known son of Gabriel is Thomas Gill who married Grace Williams in Washington Co., VA in 1814.

Any information on this couple would be greatly appreciated.
