HI John, This is what I came up with. In the 1850 census Macomb Co., Washington Twp (spelling as written)I have: James M Worden age 27NY, Olave 24 NY, Hellen E 4 MI, Allace G 2 MI, Edward F 5m MI. I also know they were same place 1854 state census.
James M Worden of Kent Co enlisted Co C Eng and Mechanic Sept 10, 1861 in Grand Rapids age 38. Mustered Oct 29, 1861, Discharged Nashville, TN Oct 30, 1862.
In 1864 state census there was a James M and Olive A Worden in Kent Co.,Plainfield.
In 1870 census I only find a Olive age 50 NY, Edwin 20 MI and a Frank 12MI. The ages do not exactly add up and he is Edwin not Edward, but they are in Ionia Co. Plainfield is in Kent Co so that is partly correct. Let me know what you think.
