I recorded the birth information from Birth records here in St Clair County in the early 1970's---- at that time the county allowed access. To be more specific I will add:
Book 5 page 80 Jessie Worden born Oct 16, 1886 to Mortimer Worden & Sarah Cannon
Book 7 page 56 William D Worden born Sept 11, 1895 to Mortimer Worden & Sarah Cannon
Book 34 page 462 Gladys Worden born Mar 16, 1890 to Mortimer Worden & Sarah Hannon WITH A NOTE BORN ERIE PA. Late birth entry recorded in 1942, Gladys was 35yrs old.
I looked over my old hand written recording last night & also found Death record Book 4, page 218 for Hazel Worden died Mar 2, 1910 Bertin Twp, peritonitis parents Mortimer Worden & Sarah Cannon 9y8m18days
Sarah E Worden death record book 7 page 190 married, died May 31, 1930 Capac 69y9m14d mitral incom, born MI father Thomas Cannon mother Sally Fuller (so was recorded as Sally here)
Marriage record Book 5 page 162: Mortimer Worden 31 born NY, residence Syracuse NY, Sarah Cannon 25 born Berlin, Residence Brobie (? thats what I recorded), married Dec 30, 1885 Capac
I found Sarah with her parents in 1880 & 1870 census with their surname as HANNON, but seems family did not get correct spelling til 1942 when Gladys had her birth recorded here late.----- so goes genealogy!!!!1
