I am connected to the Ragleys indirectly. My great Grandmother's (burried in the Timpson Cemetery) mother was married to a Ragley (Old man Ragley). I know this area well. There is one building left a few miles away. My Great grandfather's family tore down the remaining house at the site of the old sawmill. My great grandmother was raised in that house. I have been inside it and have some artifacts. We used to drive around digging up old railroad spikes. I do not know the Dr. you are speaking of, but I do know the area. My Grandmother still lives close to the sawmill site and we go see her often.
