Hello Frances,
I have the following information regarding the death of Ezra B. Woolson. Ezra was one of seven people who died 19 Nov 1878 in the collapse of the Moore's Opera House in Sacremento, California. The opera house, really a bawdy burlesque theater, collapsed when overenthusiastic patrons began stomping their feet to get the show started. What a way to go!
