In the 1880 census for Scriba the following Woolson families resided in Scriba: Roswell Woolson, farmer, age 60, b. NY with wife, Sophia age 52, b. Canada, son, Frank age 15. b. NY.
Roswell Woolson, laborer, age 34, b. NY with wife, Ella, age 26, b. NY.
Charles Woolson, farmer, age 33, b. NY with wife, Mary L., age 27, b. NY & son, George Woolson, age 6, b. NY.
Lewis Woolson, laborer, age 28, b. NY with wife, Josephine, age 24, b. NY& sons: Jesse, age 3 & Willie, age 1. Both b. NY.
