In researching my great grandmother - Mary R. "Rena" Woolsey, I found the name Katie Woolsey who was 4 years younger, born in 1874. It was on the 1880 Census taken in Philadelphia, PA. Their parents were Dr. William and Mary Woolsey. He was a surgeon in Phila. and was recruited as a Doctor in the Civil war. I don't know if this Katie is yours but if so would appreciate any info you have....we would be long lost cousins!
