William M. Woolfolk, Jr. was the son of William M. Woolfolk, born in Caroline Co., VA in 1751 and died in Jefferson (now Oldham) Co., KY in Oct. 1882, and Nancy Ann Noden, born 1764 and died April 1828 in Oldham Co., KY.
William Woolfolk, Sr. was the son of Robert "Robin" Woolfolk (1718-1788) and Anne George (1730-1775); daughter of John George and Mary Millicent Jordan.
Robin Woolfolk was the son of Robert Woolfolk and Frances Lee. Robert Woolfolk was the son of Richard Woolfolk and Elizabeth ?. Some researchers say that this Richard Woolfolk was the immigrant.
