Dear all out there:Merry Christmas and can you help me in finding Whitney Woodward, bn. July 9, 1882 maybe in Missouri.
We are not sure if Whitney went by the name Whitney, but on the death certificate of Whitney Walter Woodward, II, it shows he is the son of Whitney Walter Woodward, and there is not an account of the mother of this child in 1882.
Whitney Walter Woodward DID sign up for Selective Service in 1916-17 in Creek County, OK while being married to Adlai Ella Wood Woodward. His occupation was in the printing business, such as typesetter or printer. He died in OKC in 1931 due to bromide poisoning.
In this time, the chemicals that were used in the printing business have been toxic and Whitney Walter Woodward had died from a slow poisoning for over 6 months time. HE DID NOT COMMIT SUICIDE! As so many relatives have pondered.
