Frederick Arthur Overy married Mavis Courtney Beilby.
Mavis did not like having her surname as a part of the female anatomy and had their name changed to Avery.
I am looking for Fred's Overy branch in Australia. He was the youngest of 11 children, but he was the only one to be born in Australia.
I believe his parents are Charles Overy and Elizabeth Mary Julia Overy. I believe they emigrated in 1892 from England with their 10 children:
Elizabeth Julia aged 21, Grace Emma aged 18, Daisy Edith aged 16, Isabella R aged 13, Lilly M aged 11, Charles Henry aged 10, Mabel Louise aged 8, Reginald John aged 6, Bertram Walter aged 4 and Constance Winifred aged 2.
I believe that Mabel Louise married a WOODWARD.
