Henry WOODVINE b) 29 March 1853 Burnley Lancashire England was my gggrandad. On his birth certificate it states that Henry Woodvine was his Father and Priscilla (nee. NUTTER) was his Mother. His marraige certificate to Margaret BROWN of 1872 states Jeremiah WOODVINE was his Father.
William WOODVINE b) Feb 1851 Burnley Lancashire seems to be the above's older Brother. His birth certificate states his Father as being Jeremiah WOODVINE and his Mother being Priscilla (nee. NUTTER). I have found Jeremiah, Priscilla and William in both the 1851 and 1881 Census, but so far no clear connection to the Henry WOODVINE of above.
Does anyone know if the two Fathers stated on the certificates ie. Henry WOODVINE and Jeremiah WOODVINE are brothers? and why does Henry WOODVINE have two different Fathers listed?
