To who it may concern robert woods sr,and robert woods jr,are in the 1820 census of madison co,ga.The 1790 census list of franklin co,ga have a josiah,middleton,samuel,william in it.my grgrgr grandfather was a robert woods son of a robert woods martha green marriage 1816 madison co,ga.There son robert born 1818 married a catharine driggers in bulloch co,ga.They left ga through tattnall,lowndes co ga,and went to madison/taylor co fla,where there are several woods that are kin on both sides of my family.Robert and catharine son james marion woods is my grgrandfather,he abandoned my grgrandfather when he was 3-4 years old marion alonzo woods was the only child of mary johnson she died after childbirth.james marion then a few years latter remarried a sarah c.williams 2 kids samuel marion woods and katy woods who married a wheeler.james and sarah woods are buried at the hills of rest in floral city fla. marion alonzo is buried at pisgah in perry fla. robert woods was in the 1860 census of taylor co fla,but gone 1870 his wife catherine is listed.please send me any info you may have thanks and godbless,[email protected] or 334-723-3033. daryl w woods.
