Hi Lutricia,
I don't have anything in my files on the names you mention. There were several Wood and Woods families who seem to have migrated to Chickasaw Co. MS in the 1840s and I've done quite a bit of census research on them. But I don't find any of the names you mention in any of their lines from 1850 forward.
Also the names aren't in my husband's Woods family lines but then I have nothing on his back past the later 1800s. They were in and around Choctaw and Carroll Co.'s Miss. which ended up being Grenada and Montgomery Co.'s. I've found many similar names in his lines that were in the lines of my Wood's who were in Chickasaw Co. MS. That's the reason I posted this query on Joseph E. Woods & Martha J. Megison but if I dug deep enough in my files, I might find where I already have info. on them. I've been working on my Wood/Woods connections for a long time now and have corresponded with many.......But I'm still at a brick wall on my husband's lines and not very much further on my Wood's lines.
I will keep your info. in mind but right now, I have nothing that could help you for I have very little on any of my Wood or Woods back past 1850, sorry, Kay.
