Hi Jeff,Thanks a lot for this info. I have printed and will study.Things have moved on since my original posting.James Woodall did marry Ann Woodall in 1794 Dudley.I found about three poss.James within the age group on the IGI .One of these was born 1774 to Job and another to a William.The witness at the wedding was Benj.Woodall (not recorded as Benjamin).I found a Benj. Woodall and a James Woodall b1773 with parents William and Margaret.On the old records they don't show the father at weddings so it is difficult to know if any of us have the correct family.I have followed a few on the IGI and the same families have different ancestors depending who submits.I have four Woodall families now through marriages.I am hoping for a breakthrough on my DNA test online,Geoff.
