LEASE

The Indenture concerns a parcel of ground called The Moneyers Land in the Parish of St Leonard, Shoreditch, Middlesex, with a brick messuage known as No 76 Moneyers Street erected on it.

We are told that a lease has been granted on this property in 1816 and that the residue of the lease is now in the hands of Robert Hall.....

......A Memorandum dated 1862 has been added on the back which relates to a bequest of the residue of the lease to Edmund WOODCOCK of Leeds, Yorkshire, Surgeon Dentist.

The original parchment document relating to the above is displayed on http://www.familychest.co.uk PHOTO

Full transcription available upon request, or the original if you belong to the family. Use surname search on FamilyChest website
