Good afternoon,
I'm looking for any information on Francis Woodcock (b. abt 1851). Possibly born in Warwickshire, England. All I've been able to find is the 1881 census info on FamilySearch, and a marriage certificate from 1873.
Problem is, on his marriage certificate, Francis states that his father died a long time ago and he doesn't remember his name...nor is he required to put his mother's name on the form. So I'm stuck here unless anyone can point me in another direction. FreeBMD does not list any Francis Woodcocks born in the right time in the right place.
Incidentally, Mary Ann Wood's father was William Wood, and she was born in West Bromwich, Staffordshire. Please feel free to let me know if you have any information on her.
