Sheri, I have a record of a Nina Emma Woodbury, b 3 Jan 1888 in NY and d in 1976. I have no record that she married. She was a daughter of Frank Willard Woodbury and Julia C. Rising. Her brother was Kenneth James Woodbury, b 29 Oct 1897 in RI, d 23 Nov 1965, m 28 Jun 1924 West Winfield, NY (where I was pastor 1979-1989) Iris Young Sheperd b 6 Oct 1899 d 20 June 1988. I have more information on Frank, Julia, and Kenneth. In the 1920 census of Providence, RI, Nina is 31, living with her parents, and employed as a stenographer in a machine factory. But since you have Nina in Douglas Co, CO, in 1920, this must have been a different person. I have nothing more on this Nina.
