Hi to all:

I asked for this Womeldorff Forum to be formed at Genealogy.com with the hopes that Womeldorff families (all spellings) would have a place to post info and ask questions.

My last Womeldorff was Ann Maria Womeldorff b. 25 Nov 1841 in Ohio and d. 13 Jan 1917 in Illinois. Her father was Daniel Warren Womeldorff and her mother was Harriet Newell Kerr. Ann first married Barzilla Watkins. When he died of tuberculosis, caught during the Civil War, she moved to Illinois with her family and married Orvin Warner.

Ann's siblings include: Francis Romaine; Warren Michael; John Jacob; George Washington; Laura Alice; Marietta Matilda; Daniel Eugene.

I'd love to hear from anyone interested in any of these people or Womeldorffs in general.
